Or would you rather get back to normal routine, ease yourself back into eating a few more veggies, adding more protein, getting to bed at a decent time, maybe reduce the amount of nights you're drinking alcohol?
No matter what my clients do over the summer, they know that picking up the thread is exactly what they need.
My summer was wholesome, I didn't worry that 3+ weeks off the gym has ruined all my gains, 3 weeks of eating pastries, puddings, crisps, burgers, pizza and what felt like endless amounts of pasta wasn't going to mean I have to press the F@ it button and keep going.
I've had my fun times, making THE best memories but now I'm ready for some routine, my own bed, veggies and back to the gym and Reformer.
