have been suffering from lower back pain for more years than I can remember, to the extent that a simple pleasure like a gentle stroll was leaving me in agony for days after. I had tried a number of Chiropractors, but all that happened was that I felt good for a day or so after. I have now seen Gar at the Cherryhill Back & Neck Pain Clinic twice and can already feel the improvement, where I can go for a walk and only feel a slight strain after, which goes within a day. The pleasing thing I found is that Gar is completely honest from the word go. He explained given the back issues I have there is no miracle cure, and the frequency of visits are completely down to what I want and he will not push for repeat visits every week or so. He was clear that the way he works I should be able to see small continual improvements, which is exactly what is happening. I will certainly keep booking with him as I feel so much better in myself and the increase movement and reduction in pain has been amazing. I can’t thank him enough
