Good food, a few rounds of dominoes and skittles (very pub-core energy), and finishing it off with a stout or an Irish coffee is about as authentic as it gets outside of Dublin itself. Honestly, that mix of simple games, hearty food, and good drinks is exactly what the day’s about—more social and cosy than over-the-top.

It was wonderful to see residents and staff enjoying this engaging activity together, throwing the balls onto the egg trays. Activities like this provide many benefits, including strengthening hand and arm muscles while supporting the development of hand–eye coordination. Most importantly, it encourages participation, teamwork, and plenty of smiles all around.
