11.30 am - 12.30 pm ( if you can be there a bit before to set up your mats etc)

What to bring:
A yoga mat, blankets, a pillow — or a comfy foldable chair if you prefer to sit.

Allow yourself to be immersed in the soothing vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and chimes. Designed to calm your busy mind, release tension in your body, and restore your inner balance. A sound bath is a beautiful way to switch off, drift into a meditative state, and allow stress and worries to melt away. Many people find they sleep better, feel lighter and leave with a sense of peace that lasts for days.

No experience is needed — just come as you are and let the sounds do the work.
