The ice and cold weather won't be here for ever 😂 it just feels like it at the minute 🙈

How does this photo make you feel? It makes me feel excited!! It makes me realise we have so much time if we crack on with our goals NOW! There really is no better time!
It may be cold and dark in the morning, but it truly won’t be for long.
Before you know it, spring 🌸 and summer ☀️ will be on the horizon.
What we eat, and what we do now, will determine how we FEEL when the weather changes.

Even just 1lb a week would have you 2 stone lighter!

I’m so pleased that I reached my destination.

I lost 3 stone 10lbs over 12.1/2 years ago.

I follow the Slim for Life plan after hitting my personal target weight. My weight, my decision, it has to be where you are happy 🥰
