Could you be at risk of developing type 2 diabetes?

You can find out by using the Diabetes UK Know Your Risk tool. It only takes a few minutes to complete and could be one of the most important things you do today.

You’ll be asked a series of simple questions to see whether you are at low, moderate or high risk. Please make sure you have a tape measure handy, as you will need to measure your waist.

If you are found to be at moderate or high risk, you may be invited to sign up to your free local Healthier You service.

Search β€œKnow Your Risk” to get started.
