"From the first telephone contact I felt we were in safe and caring hands to help my mother move home again after a year of turbulent ill health and 6 months of rehabilitation in a care home. Right at Home were able to be so flexible and move us from live-in homecare to a gradually reducing schedule of visiting carers. "We used Right at Home to help a close friend who had been diagnosed with Alzheimers and needed some home support. This was fairly light to start with but increased over time. The kind and professional support they were able to give meant that our friend was able to continue to live in her own property. The care was exceptional, with regular Carers and any changes handled sensitively. The support from the staff in the office was also excellent and they were always happy to adapt to our changing needs."
