When you feel extra nervous about your upcoming presentation, do you ever spend time and effort checking things over and over again? The computer is charged or plugged in, the room isn’t too hot or you obsess over who’s going to be in the audience? Sound familiar?
These are safety behaviours and although it’s of course a good idea to check the above, too much checking and you’ll probably make yourself even more nervous.
