Sound bath ~ tonight 7:00 pm ~ $40 ~

What is a sound bath you ask :: it certainly does sound strange :: a sound bath (this is just my words) is an amazing immersion of energy& sound vibration :: it kind of looks like a meditation of sorts in its presentation :: participants find a posture that they feel comfortable resting in for about 45 min (you can always change position as needed) :: some people lay down in the aerial silks to float :: some rest on a mat with pillows & blanket :: then as the sound bath begins the healer invokes pure white light & love & the invitation to heal :: then she begins to play unique instruments all of various vibrations, resonance & frequency, allowing the different energy bodies to heal, release, flow, receive the unique energy :: it touches the body & soul in a truly unique way :: at first it can feel quite odd (as regular meditation can) & then as you let go of thoughts & the minds grasping & trying to make sense of it :: something magical takes over :: & you can be transported into a truly unique experience of your own readiness :: ✨
