I chose the name as I thought there are times in our lives, when we reach a point where we find it challenging to cope with issues on our own and it seems that no one understands or is prepared to listen This is a time when we need to reach out and speak with someone in confidence who is able to empathise, listen and help us to understand what might be happening to us. I believe that in my practice I am here to listen to you in a supportive, theraputic, unconditional, empathic & non-judgmental way.
