Starting 1st October 2025, our online triage hours will extend to 6:30pm to comply with the new GMS contract. The online triage service will now begin at 8:00am. This change helps us meet new standards while ensuring quality care.

Did you know that almost two-thirds of people are unaware that you can self refer to NHS Talking Therapies for support with anxiety and depression? The service is confidential, effective and free of charge.
