Well Within Mum to 3 kids, 2 horses, a dog, a cat and a husband. I worked in Early Years for many years but it never quite ticked my boxes. Bloom Family Wellbeing was born!

🌿Perinatal Emotional Support I was always looking for something more, a way to relate to the children and families I worked with in a holistic way. This is it, I finally found my Jam. I love being in the woods, or at the beach, family walks and generally sucking up the benefits of being outdoors. Holistic parent & baby classes with a difference, baby massage, baby yoga, guided meditation, workshops, masterclasses, creating the calm in a nurturing space. Parenting is never perfect, unfortunately children don't come with manuals, but lets support each other and recreate the village.

🌸 What if things could feel a little easier? 🌸

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck in your thoughts or struggling with big emotions or even a situation… you’re not alone.

So many people are trying to cope with:
• constant overthinking
• anxiety or worry
• emotional overwhelm
• coping with trauma
• children struggling with big feelings
• feeling stuck in patterns they can’t seem to shift

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), also known as “tapping”, is a gentle yet powerful way to help calm the nervous system and process emotions safely.

It works by helping the body and mind feel more regulated, so thoughts, feelings and behaviours can be processed and reprogrammed and more manageable.

Over time, this can help:
• reduce anxiety and overwhelm
• ease emotional intensity
• support children with big feelings
• improve confidence and emotional resilience
• create a greater sense of calm and control

You don’t have to keep pushing through on your own. There is a process that can help. That can help you feel emotionally secure.

Sometimes, having a safe space to talk, feel heard and gently work through what’s coming up can make all the difference.

What a breath of fresh air! 😀 It's only been four days but it made such a difference. I removed my social media from my screen on my phone and I've barely thought about it or touched it. I've been more productive and less concerned over things I have no control over. I definitely recommend removing social media off your home screen!!! It's not the first thing I see in the morning or the last thing at night. I've had space for books and other things. Give it a try and let me know how you get on?!

I’m taking a little wellbeing break from social media 🌿

Over the next while, I’ll be stepping back to rest, reset, and focus on being more present. Taking this time away helps reduce overwhelm, improve mental clarity, and create space for what really matters — something I always encourage others to do too 💛

🌸 1–1 EFT Sessions Available 🌸

I’m so pleased to now be offering 1–1 EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) sessions through Bloom Family Wellbeing.

These sessions are a gentle, supportive space for both adults and children to explore emotions, feel heard, and find a sense of calm.

EFT can help with things such as:
• anxiety and worries
• overwhelm and stress
• big emotions in children
• confidence and self-esteem
• emotional regulation

Sessions are tailored to each individual and held in a calm, nurturing way, helping you (or your child) feel safe to open up and begin to understand your emotions.

✨ Current availability:
Thursday evenings: 6–9pm
Fridays: 10am–2pm
Saturdays: 9–11am

🌸 What is EFT and how can it help children? 🌸
At a recent wellbeing event I had lots of parents asking about EFT for children, so I thought I’d share a little about it here.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), often called “tapping”, is a gentle technique that can help children calm their bodies and process big emotions.

It combines light tapping on acupressure points with simple language to help children:
• feel calmer when they are anxious or worried
• understand and express their emotions
• build confidence and resilience
• release stress or overwhelm
• feel more in control of big feelings

Children often respond really well to EFT because it’s simple, physical and easy to learn.

It can also give parents practical tools to
support their child at home.

Every child experiences emotions differently, and sometimes they just need a safe space to talk and learn ways to regulate those feelings.

Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’ve found this page.
Bloom EFT & Wellbeing was created from a passion for supporting families with their emotional wellbeing. Over the years I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel calm, heard and understood, and I believe that when we create safe spaces for people to open up, real change and healing can happen.
At Bloom EFT & Wellbeing I offer gentle emotional support. Whether you're a mother struggling, an anxious child, or struggling with life, trauma, thoughts, feelings and more. My work focuses on helping people understand emotions, regulate the nervous system, feel more confident and connected, and improve their quality of life.
Some of the ways I offer support include:

Our new YouTube channel is up and running. After having a lovely time chatting to people at the wellbeing event this weekend it seems there is a need and lots of interest for EFT for children.
