I gained a first class honours degree in Sports, Health and Exercise Science at Bangor University in 2017 and qualified as a Level 5 Sports Massage Therapist in 2018 from the North London School of Sports Massage. After qualifying I worked for a company in the French Alps providing a range of treatments using advanced techniques to relieve tired skiing muscles and prepare them for the next day.
Whilst studying I provided voluntary treatment to the Bangor University Women’s Rugby Team and post event massages with Always Aim High including the Sandman, Snowdonia Trail Marathon, Snowdonia Marathon and Slateman and took on clients with a range of pathologies.
I feel passionately about massage therapy and its beneficial effects. I have seen the physical and psychological state of my clients improve through treatment. I find the positive results of massage therapy constantly rewarding. Everyone can benefit from the holistic, healing and remedial effects of a massage treatment or course of treatments.
I now provide bespoke massage therapy treatments delivered at my clinic or to your own home. Treatments are designed to relax or relieve everyday stress and strains, or to treat and rehabilitate injuries. Whatever the course of treatment, massage can alter the viscosity, elasticity, flexibility and remodelling of soft tissues which can relieve tension on joints and restore homeostasis to the functioning of your body as a whole.
