A wonderful Gather this month with some beautiful ladies. Celebrating Samhain and our Inner Hearth.

We chatted, we laughed, we ate and drank tea! The ladies made and took home a lovely herbal sachet representing Self love - nourishment, remembrance and the cycle of life and death, intuition and finding inner peace through the darker months to come.
And not to forget a deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra 🔥

It was an honour to hold space as it is every month 🙏

That BIG word…. Self-care!

How’s yours been this summer?

Mine has been hit and miss! I’ve had such a lush summer with my family and the awesome weather but now it’s time to start thinking about me!
I’ve booked a massage and carved time out in my days/weeks for movement and deep relaxation.
These are my nourishment when I’m feeling a little burnt out, no head space and need to recharge my energy stores!

I’m back, from the best holiday we all could of asked for.
Heaps of chilling, exploring and fun had and I am extremely grateful we were able to get away and spend the week all together as a family ☀️
