What a weekend…
Two wellness events, a new couch, and so many meaningful moments shared.

At today’s Rainbow of Light Fayre, I offered a blend of Mini Womb Healings and Thai-inspired Bodywork — with several beautiful women receiving both. Each session felt like a quiet remembering, a return to the body, to breath, to self.

I even treated myself to a tarot reading afterwards — a little gift of reflection after so much holding space for others.

It’s not always about how much money is made at these events…
It’s about the connections, the trust, the magic in the moment.
And I feel deeply grateful for each one.

Thank you to everyone who came by my stand — whether to book, to chat, or simply to pause. You’re helping me build something rooted, slow, and real.

With a soft heart and full hands, I’m heading into a warm bath and early night.

Wow… What an Afternoon! ✨

I’ve just come back from the Pause for Wellness Retreat Afternoon — and for the first time ever at an event like this… I was fully booked.
One womb healing, eight Thai table sessions, and even a few people who sadly missed out.

It felt so good to be in flow — listening through touch, moving with presence, and supporting each person who trusted me with their body and their breath.

A big thank you to Collette, the wonderful organiser, who made me feel so welcome. I shared a room with some truly lovely therapists — and even a calm, gentle dog who lay peacefully by her human all afternoon. The energy was soft, held, and so nurturing.

For those who were curious but couldn’t get a spot, I see you too — there will be more.

A Single Touch Can Remind Us
One woman said to me,
"When your hands touched my back, it was like my whole body remembered itself."
She didn’t need deep pressure or long explanations.
Just that moment of presence.
This is why I work the way I do — slowly, intuitively, with reverence.
Because the body holds stories.
And sometimes, one gentle pull, one unwinding, one breath…
Is all it takes for the story to begin changing.

The Unseen Work
Sometimes what I offer at these fayres isn't just hands-on work — it's the unseen.
A woman comes to the table unsure, hesitant, unsure whether she deserves care.
And then… she says yes.
And in that moment of yes, something already begins to shift.
Even before I begin the bodywork, her system starts to soften.
Her breath deepens. Her heart opens a little more.
Her nervous system whispers, "I’m safe now."
Healing isn’t always dramatic.
Sometimes it’s the quiet permission to rest.
To be met. To be held.
To matter.

A Womb Ready to Release
She lay before me in quiet stillness, the rise and fall of her breath softening the room.
As I moved my hands gently over her mind, her heart, and her womb, I felt a deep, unspoken longing.
Not for answers but for peace.
For love.
For surrender.

Beneath my palms, her womb held something quietly aching.
A pause. A clutch. A story not yet told.
So I stayed.
Present.
Listening with my hands. Waiting with her body.

When the session ended, she sat slowly, tears spilling freely down her cheeks.
“I saw a deep purple light,” she whispered, “and something shifted... finally.”
A weight, unnameable until now, began to lift.

Only then did she speak the truth she had been cradling in silence:
Two recent miscarriages.
A grief too tender for words.
Like something had frozen inside her where life once flowed, things had paused.

But now...
She felt lighter.
Something had moved.
Something had let go.

I don’t do the healing.
I follow.
The body always knows when it's ready to release.

Chair Thai Bodywork – Meeting Her Where She Was
A lady with impaired mobility approached me at the fayre, walking slowly with a wheeled frame. I can't remember what they're called — but I remembered her. Or rather, I remembered her daughter, who I had helped at the Wimborne Wellbeing Fayre back in February.
This time, it was her turn.
She couldn’t get onto the floor mat or couch, so I pulled up a chair. I sat her down gently and began working with her body — softly mobilising her joints with care, no force. I used my hands like a cat kneading a blanket, pulling and pressing gently, just enough to awaken something in her tissues.
Thai bodywork can be adapted to meet the person exactly where they are.
It’s not about positions or choreography — it’s about deep listening. About only moving what is ready to move, and never pushing past that edge.
As she slowly rose from the chair, her eyes twinkled. She held my hand in gratitude.
She said my touch was gentle — healing.
And in that brief moment, something had shifted for her.
That moment meant everything.
