Hazel and I were chatting about Protein tonight and how you need a boost of it before you come to a Vinyasa class as, without it, you might feel light headed and dizzy

But you can't have too much to eat otherwise it'll all come back up again 🤮

What is your quick go-to before a workout? I've found these bottled chickpeas easy to digest. Or a couple of crackers with peanut butter on it. Any others?

Brownsea Island Bliss 🩷

My friend Lynda and I had the best day enjoying yoga, stunning scenery and a delicious lunch at Brownsea Island. The ferry trip made us feel like we were going away for a holiday and it was a delight to practice with Helen McCabe from again and to catch up with Dee 😍 What a day! 🙏💕🐿️
