Our talented Chef Aaron treated our residents to a truly delicious supper this evening! 🍽️

On the menu was a rich and flavourful chicken curry served with vegetable samosas and all the trimmings — a perfect combination of comfort and spice. 🌶️

To finish, everyone enjoyed a scrumptious mango fool for dessert, adding a sweet and refreshing end to a wonderful meal. 🥭✨

A big thank you to Chef Aaron for creating such a special dining experience for our residents! 👏💛

This afternoon we hosted a lovely tea party, made even more special by the wonderful violinist, Victoria 🎻

Our residents truly enjoyed an afternoon filled with beautiful classical music and singing. Victoria not only entertained us with her incredible talent, but also shared a fascinating insight into how her passion for music began at such a young age.

There was a fantastic atmosphere throughout, with many of our residents singing along to some good old songs, creating a joyful and memorable experience for everyone.

A truly delightful afternoon had by all 💕

Today we celebrated St. Patrick’s Day in great style! 🍀

Andrea gave us a fascinating talk about Ireland and the meaning behind St. Patrick’s Day, bringing a deeper appreciation to the celebration. We also had the chance to enjoy a delicious Guinness cake, beautifully made by Liuda — it was a real treat!

And of course, no St. Patrick’s Day would be complete without plenty of Guinness to share. A wonderful time filled with learning, laughter, and great company!

We had small home made bouquets, that our home manager made for all residents and staff 💐

We also had home made cupcakes 🧁 made by our amazing chefs, yummy 😋.Anila and Sam were our duty manager’s, and were able to capture lots of happy faces 🤩

🌿🚌 A Lovely Afternoon Out! 🚌🌿

This afternoon we enjoyed a bus trip to Garsons Garden Centre. We had a lovely time browsing the farm shop and picking up a few bits and pieces, followed by a relaxing cup of tea and a delicious slice of cake. ☕🍰

It was a wonderful afternoon filled with good company and plenty of smiles.

What an amazing day we have had today, we were visited by two The Chelsea Pensioners, Paul and Gerry, who have spent most of the day with our residents, we repaid them by a lovely fish and chip lunch.

They the gave us a talk about the history of the hospital and service, amazing and thank you both for your time and service 👏🏼
