Great afternoon meeting with the Discharge Team and medical wards yesterday. The work they do is truly amazing and we are on hand to support patients with their next steps in their care journey. The teams were hugely impressed by our home and the incredible offers we have in place. We will be back next week to meet with the surgical teams.

🌞🍔 What a fantastic day we had at our Summer BBQ! 🎉

Our residents, along with their families and friends, enjoyed an afternoon filled with delicious food, great company, and wonderful entertainment. 🎶✨

The fun didn’t stop there – we had classic games like Hook the Duck, Tin Can Alley, and a Lucky Dip that brought plenty of smiles and laughter all around. 🦆🎯🎁

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special – it was a truly joyful celebration of summer! 💛🌻
