Today, our gracious Merlewood home offers 53 ensuite bedrooms providing nursing or personal care to the highest standards. Merlewood, a handsome Victorian house, is situated on 23 acres of grounds in Virginia Water, overlooking the Surrey Hills. Our home offers outstanding levels of service and care in stylish and comfortable spaces that provide a warm welcome for all. We provide both residential and nursing care on a long-term or short stay basis, as well as offering end of life care.

This Saturday, we are delighted to welcome the Virginia Water Art Society to Merlewood Care Home. A selection of their talented local artists will be exhibiting and selling their work on site.

The exhibition will run from 10am to 4pm, and there is plenty of free on-site parking available. We would love for you to come along and see what they’ve been creating

This week, we had a visit from ZooLab, who showcased some of their animals. We saw a tarantula, a snake, and giant snails. Some of our residents were brave enough to touch the animals. Thank you for taking the time to visit us and talk to us about them🐍
