Please make sure when booking you select the right treatments & any extras so we have enough time for everything you’d like 💅
🕒 Changes must be made at least 48hrs before your appointment. If you cancel or change part of your booking on the day, you’ll still be charged for what was originally booked.
🚫 Less than 48hrs notice = 50% charge
🚫 Less than 24hrs / no-show = 100% charge
⏰ If you’re more than 10 mins late, your appointment may not be able to go ahead and will still be charged in full.
💳 Cancellation fees must be paid on the day, future bookings will pause until payment is made.
