Tealwood Grange has been out in the community sourcing fresh, local produce — from quality meats to seasonal vegetables and fruits. A big thank you to Pepperdines Butcher and Fosters Butchers for their support!

We also visited Burgess Farm Shop and had the pleasure of meeting “Daisy” the cow 🐄

Meet Sarah our Customer Relationship Manager.

Sarah is a warm, caring and dedicated professional with over 15 years experience in customer-facing roles.

Throughout her career, she has built strong communication skills and a natural confidence, enabling her to form positive and lasting relationships with the people she meets.

She is passionate about creating meaningful and memorable experiences, always striving to ensure that everyone feels welcomed, valued, and supported. Her friendly and approachable nature helps put others at ease from the very first interaction.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter. She is also a keen supporter of Lincoln City FC and loves traveling, with a particular passion for exploring new countries and experiencing different cultures.

Let us introduce our General Manager Emma.

Emma began her career in health and social care at the age of 18. Over the past 27 years, her passion for supporting others has continued to grow, shaping a career built on compassion, dedication and strong leadership.

Starting as a Care Assistant and progressing to a Registered Manager, Emma has spent the last decade leading elderly care services with both heart and integrity. She is deeply committed to supporting her team and fostering a nurturing, empowering environment where high-quality, compassionate care is at the centre of everything.

Emma takes great pride in creating vibrant communities where residents feel respected, valued, and truly at home. Her approachable and supportive leadership style helps ensure both residents and colleagues feel encouraged and cared for.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her family in the fresh air of the Peak District, as well as walking her beloved Border Collie, Frankie.
