We have just 3 places left on Sunday afternoon 1.30pm for our Summer Wellness Workshop.

In this workshop we’ll be exploring the essential connections between the seasons and the human body and considering ways to support our wellbeing as we transition into Summer.

Just as the seasons cycle, our health is not a fixed state.
When there are changes in nature, it’s important that we respond sympathetically to the natural rhythms and flow of our environment. Acknowledging and monitoring our health in this way will help us cultivate harmony throughout the year.

Using the healing practices of both Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TMC) you will learn simple practices that will help you to feel well.

Our practice will be accompanied by live soundscapes and focus on a gentle energising Yoga flow, Restorative Yin Yoga, acupressure massage and ending with a dreamy relaxation with sound bath.

This workshop is suitable for everyone, no previous experience required.
Everyone is warmly welcomed.

Due to demand we have added another session to our Spring Wellness Workshop.

The morning session is already full and there are just 3 places left in the afternoon!

The theme of the day will be Spring and we will be looking at how we can anticipate and prepare for the transition into this beautiful time of the year.

It’s a time to begin to raise our energy, make plans and "Spring clean" inside and out!

This two hour workshop will include a gentle but powerful uplifting Yoga Flow practice, breath work, acupressure and some restorative Yin Yoga.

All practices will be accompanied by a soothing soundscape and ending in a deep relaxation practice and gong bath.

Refreshments will be provided and it all takes place at the gorgeous Grindleton Pavilion.
