🗓️ Trialing some lunchtime sessions as well as late afternoons- now on the new timetable starting next week.

New class added!!!

NEW CLASS ADDED!!
Come and join me each week to awaken your body and calm your mind with our new class MINDFUL MOVEMENT available to all abilities. 3 classes per week with exception of a few Saturdays:
Wednesdays 1pm
Thursdays 6.30pm
Saturdays 11am
This class is a fusion of stretching, mobility, with yoga and Pilates style movements. Each session guides you through gentle flows to leave you feeling balanced, energised and deeply connected with your body. Perfect for anyone looking to move more freely, to enhance their existing training, reduce tension and nurture your well being.
Open to members and non members. Drop in sessions £10. Gym only members contact me direct as these are open to you too.

Don’t just take our word for it 🙏

Our incredible community of like minded members make what we work towards mean so much. Sarah has consistently worked hard since joining us and continues to thrive. We couldn’t be any more proud of you .pozzoni. This is what she says:

I joined Personal Fitness just over 2 and a half years ago. A keen runner I had become bored with solo runs and wanted to gain strength as well as endurance.
Initially I tried a mixture of all the classes and worked out what I could fit into my life (working and managing a campsite with a young child)
Spinning I had never done before but soon was booking into 2 classes every week - the motivation from the coaches just pushes you to do as much as you are able.
The weights classes introduced me to new exercises and also made the gym feel less intimidating.
The boxing classes have been amazing - challenging mind and body to something I could never achieve alone.
Now I’m averaging 8 or 9 visits each week mixing up classes and my own gym program.
This didn’t happen with just a “gym” it happened because this is a group of owners and coaches (also friends) Tash. Penny, Jordan, Rosie and Penny who genuinely care about their members and have created a great community . This gratitude extends to all the other members who have each given me different things - inspiration.motivation, honesty, fun , and firm friends.
You”ll have to evict me - I’m not leaving!
