YIN YOGA
Nourishing. Grounding. Restorative
Yin Yoga is a gentle yet powerful practice that nourishes both body and energy. By holding passive, tension-free poses for 3–5 minutes, we hydrate connective tissues, support joint mobility, and encourage longevity. The practice also stimulates the body’s meridians, allowing prana—the vital life force—to flow freely, much like acupuncture without needles. Our focus will be on the spine, shoulders, and pelvic girdle, using props and modifications to honor each unique body. Yin invites quiet self-enquiry, helping you connect deeply with your physical and energetic self while cultivating awareness and calm. We’ll close with a soothing shavasana to release stress and support restful sleep.
