Step into a deeply nourishing journey of movement, sound, and self-connection ✨

This immersive 2.5-hour experience blends guided movement and healing sound to support release, renewal, and intentional new beginnings.

Thoughtfully designed and led by Lisa Stephens of Mindbodydance & Yoga and Kelly Kennedy of Meirah Wellness.

The class weaves together Hatha, Kundalini, and Vinyasa yoga with gentle somatic movement—creating an intentional flow that is accessible and supportive for all bodies and experience levels. As we move, we’ll begin to turn our awareness toward the new calendar year, inviting personal intentions to arise from the heart centre with honesty and authenticity. You’ll be held in a rich soundscape of live shamanic healing sounds. Percussive rhythms and grounding tones help open the body, release stored tension, and let go of what no longer serves you.

The journey gradually softens into restorative stretches, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath and meditation. We’ll close with a guided visualization—perfect for welcoming the new year with clarity, purpose, and an open heart.
