20 Minutes flow and opening
20 minutes mix of cardio and conditioning workout (think HIIT- style Bodyballet)
- with a focus on alignment and deep core muscles

I’m grateful but today I’m tired.
Like so many of you.
I’m so enthusiastic about all that I’ve got on but I’m also a little overwhelmed.
My body has leapt, twisted, turned , pushed and pulled and moved around all day (like most days) but it also aches today.
I love running my business and this little household but today I need rest.
Another late night because there is lots to do.
Tired.
But I am so grateful.

A mixed Hatha and Vinyasa class combining flowing movement, dynamic postures, breathwork, and deep stretches. Each session supports individual needs, offering both basic and advanced options in a safe, welcoming space. Great for stamina, flexibility, toning, focus, and releasing tension. Classes shift weekly, inspired by energy, moon phases, and student vibes. Empowering, healing, and always evolving

WHAT IS YIN YOGA?
Suitable for anyone with tension in their body!
Yin yoga is a simple yet profound method of yoga:
- deeply nourishing
- supporting joint mobility
- hydrates the connective tissue on the fascial level counteracting aging and creating longevity
- manipulates the meridians so the prana (the vital life force) can flow freely
- Yin will help to reduce physical tension, stress levels and will aid sleep

“As parents, it’s natural to want to help, guide, and fix. We see our kids out there — on the mats, on the field, on the stage — and every instinct tells us to jump in and coach them through it.

If you are attending any Yin then please arrive 5 mins before class and you'll need warm layers of clothing (especially as the weather cools) and a blanket.
The dates for this half term drop in classes are as follows:

SUNDAY 5th OCTOBER 10 - 11.30am
SUNDAY 19th OCTOBER 10 - 11.30am
