She grew through adversity, turning pain into purpose. Finding her strength when being strong was her only option. She realised that real strength isn’t about how long you can hold out before breaking..It’s about how much you have overcome after you have already broken. When she stopped defining her happiness through the eyes of others. When she discovered that being someone’s ‘something’ wasn’t enough anymore. That’s when she truly began to awaken. She ceased being a spark and became a fire. She realised that burning passionate intensity and self satisfaction completed her in a way that another never could. She had control to love herself before loving another. Meaningful silence meant more to her than meaningless words. She learnt to listen to her soul and follow her heart. Even the brightest diamonds are formed under intense pressure, and not quickly.
That’s when she realised how brightly she could shine within herself. Life, love and respect were no longer about being perfect and accepted. She was imperfectly perfect in all the ways she loved, wonderful flawed and uniquely chaotic. She learned to thrive on her mistakes and evolve from her failures. She didn’t need anyone or anything to realise her dreams and find her happiness. Her heart and soul were wild and free. She found herself and more than that, she discovered her authentic and visceral truth. you

Let’s kick start this new year with positivity and gratitude. I am incredibly grateful to everyone of you for being here.
