NOTICE TO ALL CLIENTS: PLEASE READ
Welcome! Thank-you for your time and patience:
We have all been experiencing challenging times with the “New Normal” way of Life during and Post Covid Lockdown. With that in mind I have made some changes to my procedures.
I have taken certain precautions to safeguard myself and all my clients to enable safe practice and maintain good health for us all.
Pre appointment confirmation I will have prescreened you as my client. If your circumstances have changed i.e. if you have been in contact with anyone who has since received a positive diagnosis of Covid or yourself are now experiencing any new symptoms, please note I may have to reschedule your appointment.
Please take some time to read before your appointment:
Please do not enter the room until I open the door to enable you to do so. If you arrive earlier and can do so, please wait in your car and I will beckon you when I am ready to commence. Alternatively, please take a seat on the bench provided.
• I will be wearing a mask and gloves during our appointment.
• If you have a mask, please can you put it on before the appointment begins. Please do not worry if you do not have one with you. I will provide you with a new disposable mask.
• Your temperature will be taken with an infrared thermometer and anyone with a reading of 99 degrees and above sadly I will have to refuse to provide the treatment.
• Upon entering my treatment room, please use the Hand sanitizer as I direct. This is dispensed from a no touch dispenser and is 70% alcohol content to conform to Public Health England’s guidelines.
• The couch cover is now a paper cover and will be disposed of post your treatment to enable cleaning of couch between client appointments
• As you leave the treatment room please use the sanitizer, your used mask should be disposed of in the non-touch bin provided and as directed.
A Deep Clean is performed at the Start and End of each practice day.
Appointments are now limited to 6 per day to enable the couch and area to be cleaned with Industry standard disinfectants (Complies with BS EN1276, BS EN13704, BS EN14476) between each appointment and to help minimize client cross contamination.
