A busy day of treatments, loving the Autumn Season back in the Studio. 🍁🎃☕🍂

A Truly Nurturing Autumnal Experience.

You will be greeted in the studio with a pumpkin spiced latte whilst we catch up and go through your consultation. Within this immersive experience I will be nurturing you through the changes of the season using some of my favourite blended essential oils, including orange, cinnamon, mandarin and clove, for that Autumn spice aroma. This treatment will include a blend of energy healing and clearing, acupressure Indian head massage, crystal therapy and sound therapy. I will be using a variety of tuning forks, working with their sonic vibrations to help encourage the body’s natural energy flow. For Autumn, the crystals we will be working with are, smokey quartz, carnelian, citrine and red jasper.

This treatment can be effective in achieving deep states of relaxation.

🌑 New Moon Reading 🌑

The Black Moon

This Virgo new moon is also a black moon, defined as the third new moon in a season that will see four new moons. Three days later, the moon will make a close pass to Mars in the evening sky. When the sun and moon share the same celestial longitude, you get a new moon.

This is an auspicious time of change, of new beginnings, of pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. Are you ready?

My Story

Since childhood I have always been sensitive & empathetic, growing up had many challenges & I suffered with anxiety & depression in my teenage years, which is why I love holistic work & supporting people, physically & emotionally as I believe this is where my strengths lie. Previously I worked within Early Years Education for many years. My role included teaching children with additional needs & working within the physical education department, helping to provide fun movement & dance classes for children of all abilities. But after a year of prolonged stress & grief due to home & work life, I realised I needed to leave Primary Education & focus on holistically healing myself, because of my own life experiences I realised I could help & support others.

I returned to full time Massage Therapy & trained in Reiki & Acupressure. Over the last four years I have worked on many retreats around North Cornwall & in Italy, I love the whole ethos of retreating away from the world & having you time. As a mother of two boys I understand the pressure of trying to balance work/home/life commitments, just living can get so busy that we forget to look after ourselves & take time to unwind. Holistic/Swedish Massage & Reiki has many benefits including relieving tension and stress, unwinding tired minds & assisting in whole body relaxation. So ease your tired body & mind with a combination of Massage & Reiki. Nurture yourself! THINK BETTER, FEEL BETTER, LIVE BETTER!!!!!
