As 2025 draws to a close, I’ve been taking a moment to reflect on what a truly significant year it has been. After 20 years in the corporate world, I took a leap of faith, stepping away from what I knew and following a long held calling. This year I qualified as a massage therapist, started my own business, and began a new chapter focused on purpose, wellbeing, and connection.

It’s been a year of growth in many ways. I’ve been grateful for the chance to slow down, spend proper time with family and friends, and reconnect with what really matters. I’ve continued to learn, push myself outside my comfort zone, and grow both personally and professionally.

Alongside the positives, this year has also brought loss. Saying goodbye to a loved one has been a powerful reminder of how precious life is, and how important it is to live with intention, compassion, and an open heart.

I’m incredibly thankful to the wonderful clients who have trusted and supported me as I’ve embarked on this journey. Your stories, your energy, and your commitment to your own wellbeing inspire me every day.

As we look ahead to a new year, I wish you all health, balance, and moments of calm and connection. Here’s to the adventure that we call life, ever unfolding, ever teaching.
