As Stress Awareness Month comes to an end, here is your reminder to check in with your body.
Stress does not just live in your mind. It often shows up physically as tight shoulders, headaches, jaw tension, shallow breathing, or ongoing aches and stiffness.
Taking small moments to slow down, breathe, move gently, and rest can make a real difference to how your body copes with daily demands.
Osteopathy can support your body by helping release built up tension, improving mobility, and encouraging relaxation through hands on treatment and personalised advice.
If this month has reminded you that your body could use some extra care, we are here to help.

💐 Happy Mother’s Day!
Mums do so much for everyone else - from lifting little ones (or big ones!) to long days at work and everything in between. It’s easy to forget that your own body deserves a little care too.
This Mother’s Day, consider giving the gift of wellbeing, whether it’s a gentle osteopathy session to release tension, improve mobility, and support posture, or simply taking time to listen to your body.
Because when mum feels good, everything else flows more easily.

'Claire the osteopath was very professional, very thorough with medical history, empathic to the problems experienced by myself and to my comfort during the treatment, picking up easily the problems with my joints. The room was very comfortable. I very highly recommend treatment with ‘ In Touch with Health Osteopathic Practice’
