I havnt posted in here for a while, I will be back as soon as the time is right. I am going over some difficult hurdles at the moment and I am doing my best to get a house move so I can start fresh I'm also having some EMDR therapy which iv waited on the list for 1 year and it's actually what I need to move me forward as i feel a little stuck at the moment.

I feel this is the tie up to a very long stretch in the dark night of the soul. I would love to share my story, one day I will because im so determined to beat this long stretch of traumatic scenarios. I'm really looking forward to been able to help others again, as the life experience iv had can pretty much serve many people. I just need to master myself first. I see why it all happened now I will make this something beneficial for others to step into there own power 🥰🙏💯🙌✨️

ON HOW TO UNDERSTAND WE ARE ENERGY - This is actually an easy peacy. We just gotten so used to the saying, "we are humans." and so the mind finds it hard to see energy. But the flesh is actually energy only in its visible form. Our true form is invisible, transmutable, flowing, powerful. How do we make our mind understand this? Look for clues...everything started with a force moving in a vast, empty space. That force is our origin. We are small sparks of that great force. Our invisible form came to this realm and transformed itself by weaving matter into itself to form the flesh. A tool vital to create, experience, know. With the flesh we are able to see, feel, hear, smell, taste. But at the end of the earthly experience, the matter we used goes back to earth and what remains is again, our true, invisible form, our energy. Look for clues repeatedly, there are times we feel the energy of our loved ones or we feel the presence of energy guiding us. We even feel scared of ghosts feeling they are the creepy ones but in truth they are energy in their true form while we are the ones still in our temporary, material, state🤭. We may argue we are humans because we are here on earth, its inhabitants. But do we really believe that energy, always flowing, trasmuting, is exlusively, forever contained in this realm? More clues, if we are meant to stay here forever, then why are there what we call, "ascended beings" and why do they illustrate to us how to ascend? Why are we being constantly nudged to explore outside this realm? Is it the Source reminding us we are not of this world? We need not stay stuck here, in a state of suffering. Release yourself from the limitations of being human. Look for clues, understand your origin and your ending and you will know for certain you are energy. peace, love, light to all.

So many people think just because your a therapist in some way you have to be near enough fully healed.... I personally don't know any therapist that doesn't struggle themselves or thats fully healed.

Iv come a very long way since I had my calling and guidance to step into reiki. The s**t iv been through from childhood to now is quite extraordinary on the fact I'm still here and I still keep going. Many years iv had to fight through mental and emotional imbalances, iv been diagnosed with a few different health issues due to way too much trauma. 😢

That is why I am were I am and doing what I do, at the moment I just feel so lost I know what I need to do it's just doing it, it is literally having that time for self to do what I need to do. That in itself is my biggest challenge since having children. Trying to heal and evolve through a tone of trauma while been a single parent has surly been the biggest challenge of my life.

I'm going through low self-esteem 😪 trying to rebuild myself and get back to the positive happy me. Im lonely very lonely, crying alot feel hopeless, worthless, battleing addictive behaviours but still keep going with no support.

Sometimes I think I took too much on and it's making me more sick haha 😄 then I see the strength, the willpower, the determination, the unconditional love its all taught me.

Nothing is forever , everything is temporary, and I know deep down as my children become older more independent that's when il get where I need to be. I feel times running out. It's not il get there il get fitter, healthier and make much more to this life before my time is up. I truly believe I am destined for greatness. And I truly believe I will heal the root of all this crap lol and live a happy life.

Reiki is life that is my life it's what I'm ment to do and I am good at it, i just need to practice and put more into myself, i will im getting to that point again.

I may not be able to express it or myself I may seem like I lack knowledge etc but let me tell you I am all for feels and energy, i am very wise, and have much life experiences, words are not my strong point, never have been. I don't learn like others I am a rare breed haha I'm more practical in my approach in all I do that's where I thrive.

So if you got this far I appreciate you and for you to take this time to read my post. I'm here to be of service I want people to see and feel what i can do because I want to help and I truly know I can iv helped many already even those that will never appreciate or give value to that but that's OK because I know I helped that's enough for me even while iv been at my lowest iv always put others before myself. Moral of this lil story I am slowly bringing this back into my life and making more time for myself to do it. Which means making huge sacrifices in my own life to be of service. I really hope to see some of you again and some new faces. 🙏 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Lovely day today with the kiddies, plenty of grounding, and excercise it was a task and half getting to that waterfall with Hanson on my shoulders, it was so muddy and slippy. But we made it covered in mud 😄
