This sculpture appeared overnight in Bristol in 2020. It is thought it was put there by an unknown artist to mark World Su***de Prevention Day. It features a teddy bear comforting someone.
It serves as a stark reminder of the pain many people are going through and that help is always at hand.

Social Media Kindness Day is a new event that has been set up in honour of the late Love Island UK presenter Caroline Flack, on what would have been her 41st birthday.

In a time where social media plays such a huge part in people’s lives, it’s important to recognise the impact that negative statements and online “trolling”, through any online platform can have on the victims of this type of abuse.

International Stress Awareness Week 2022 takes place from Monday 7 November to Friday 11 November. It is a major annual event focusing on stress management and campaigning against the stigma associated with stress and mental health issues.

Please use this little breathing exercise whenever you feel stressed. Reach out to family, friends or a someone at the end of a phone. You are never alone even though it may feel like it sometimes x
