Recently I have been questioning things in my own mind, maybe some of this has come from external experiences that have been confusing and sometimes upsetting too.
It’s really made me question what the reason is for this spiritual path, not just my own but in general. And I understand that it will have different reasons and meaning for lots of different people that’s one of the reasons it’s such a vast an wonderful experience

So I’m interested to know ffrom you?
What is spiritually and what is the outcome m, what is the reason for this spiritual path, for your practices whatever that is whether it’s physical asanas, learning reading books, mediation, mantra, whatever it is.

Feeling the whole room join as one through the voice is something you can't explain to someone who hasn't physically and spiritually experienced it.

We thought we would treat you all to some photos from the farmers back in Ecuador harvesting our beautiful cacao! ❤

It took us over a year to find this cacao farm, a home, a family that can ship their cacao to us in the right conditions, keeping the cacao ceremonial and most importantly, loved along its journey.

We began our cacao journey selling, what is now well known brand of cacao, in its infant stage.

Around the time that particular brand of cacao took its journey on a well known TV show, we got our calling from Cacao Sita that it was time for us to begin our own journey with cacao, in a more aligned and ceremonial capacity.

So we followed our gut and that’s exactly what we did.

We found our first distributer of Ecuador cacao quickly, created our brand ‘Simply Spiritual Healing Cacao’. And for a while that went well, but as we grew and evolved we began to wonder what other cacao is out in the world. ❤

And here is where the next phase started. A whole year of tasting cacao from around the world: Ghana, Venezuela, Peru, Dominican Republic, Ecuador etc etc. 🌍

We fell in love with Ecuador quickly, learning how it is the oldest known place where cacao was found and originated, pre-dating Guatemala even! 😮

But could we find our farm? NO! She really put us through an initiation...

We got to the point where we were beginning to ask each other, “How much longer can we do this? Is Cacao the way for us? Truly?”
The answer was always YES, YES, and As long as it takes.

Then, the universe in her magical way granted our dreams and presented us with the PERFECT connection to a DIRECT FARM in ECUADOR! 🥹

A family run farm, Cacao grown in agroforestry, offering 40+ jobs to the local community with no slave trade or even hints of bad ethics. This is a family who simply LOVE CACAO! Just like us.

I mean, just look at the landscape! Its enough to make you want to pack your bags and become a farmer 🤣 or it is for me at least!

And now we have landed on a name for this magical medicine that we feel honours 2 traditions we are entwined with, Sanatana Dharma and CEREMONIAL CACAO.

So, there you have it. We have a gorgeous direct link to our farm in Ecuador which we will be going to visit next year all being well.

I am inspired to hold new spaces with CREATIVE EXPRESSION through the VOICE, MOVEMENT and MUSIC 🎶

This will be at The Little Hub, Flanshaw, WAKEFIELD
6:30pm – 8:30pm
Tiered donations at £10, £15, £20

Children welcome if they will be comfortable with the sound (no charge for children)

A held space for intuitive vocal expression, where I will lead on an instrument and vocals and then we just see where it goes.

Last month we ended up free styling from The Lion King to Tree songs

There will also be Kirtan and singing of songs to help with confidence and bringing everyone together ❤️🙏🏼

These spaces will be created with the aim to support anyone who joins in freeing their voice (and mind) whilst dancing in and out of your comfort zone.

This would not be a choir or tightly choreographed. More like a Jam session but facilitated by myself to keep it flowing nicely ❤️🙏🏼

This isn’t only for women. Anyone can take part.

Never would I force anyone to take part in anything they were massively uncomfortable with. Always held with love and compassion.

Ending with peace mantras sending our love out into the world. 🌍

Just a quick notice that our 1KG bags of Cacao are rising in price from £60 to £66 on SATURDAY 🙏🏼

But in the essence of all that we do to make cacao accessible for our beloved community, we are giving you a couple of days notice so that you can grab a 1kg bag at £60 before the price goes up on Saturday. 🔻🌺🔺

When we changed our supplier of cacao, the cost rose in reflection of the purity of the energy and process of the cacao, but we kept our prices the same for as long as we could, taking ZERO profit from any sales. We did this so we could slowly increase the prices, hoping it wouldn’t affect our customers too drastically and have gone as long as we can in this essence. 🙏🏼

Our Cacao continues to be CEREMONIAL, HIGH QUALITY and ETHICAL in how it is grown, how it is processed and how it is sent to us here in the UK from Ecuador. And YES we are still the ONLY suppliers of this small farms cacao in the UK.

It is not our goal to live in material riches through nay profits this cacao may bring us, but to offer more to our community while living more comfortably as a bonus.
