Mexico, January ‘25… and wow. Full circle. 🌿✨
A year ago, in December ‘24, I arrived at Lunita Jungle Resort to sit with Iboga for myself.
To meet the medicine. To meet the parts of me I couldn’t ignore anymore.
This time… January ‘25… I returned to the exact same place, but in a completely different role.
Not to be held… but to help hold others through ceremony.
And honestly, it’s hard to put into words what that feels like.

On a personal level the transformation from ‘24 to ‘25 has been phenomenal.
Not just on the surface, but deep in the bones of who I am.
Returning Mexico the same place I left old peices of myself I was able to reintegrate those parts, acknowledge and be proud of the growth.

Iboga helped me see where I couldn’t.
It showed me the patterns I’d outgrown, the truths I was avoiding, and the changes my soul was asking me to make.

And the wild part is… it didn’t just show me.
It gave me the situations that required me to actually choose myself.
To grow.
To evolve.
To walk forward differently.

Now, being able to support others through that same portal… I feel nothing but gratitude. 🙏🏽 Its truly an honour.
Because Iboga isn’t easy… but neither is life.

And when you trust… when you soften… when you stay open… the medicine becomes a mirror, a teacher, and a doorway into something so much bigger than fear.
A remarkable, transformative experience.

13th December 2024 · Goddess Day · Pe**te Connection 🌵🌕 The day after the Tonancing dance…
Spiritually and symbolically, this day is the energetic continuation or integration day after Tonantzin/Guadalupe and it’s sometimes honoured as a day of the Divine Feminine, Earth Mother, or integration of goddess energy.

12th Dec is invocation/devotion and 13th is embodiment, integration, and as a continuation of feminine, earth-mother energy.
This was the perfect alignment to be held by the earth of the jungle.

Under the full moon, we sat beneath the stars, gathered around the fire deep in the jungle.
Pe**te medicine was shared gently hugging, embracing, grounding us in love.
We chanted, played music, prayed, rested, and fully immersed ourselves in the medicine.

The fire became our witness, and offerings to the fire and spirit were given... what we were ready to release and what we were ready to call in.
Some visions came, others dissolved back into the night. Not all medicine is meant to be remembered — some is just meant to be felt.

As the ceremony came to a close, we entered the Temazcal in darkness.
I was so connected to divine mother. Purging, releasing, softening, giving thanks later emerging at daybreak, the sky shifting from night to morning, marking rebirth, renewal, and the rising of the Goddess.

We dove into the cenote, staying in the water, eyes lifted to the sky as darkness turned to light.
Welcoming the sun.
Welcoming a new beginning.

A truly remarkable, humbling experience carried with deep thanks and gratitude 🤍🔥🌿.

Mexico. Maya Land.🇲🇽
For almost three weeks in December 2024, I was called into the heart of Mexico — a journey of deep remembrance and transformation.
I spent much of this time in the jungle with Juan, a powerful Mexican Mayan shaman, and his beautiful team. Together we learned, healed, shed old layers, and grew. An experience I will hold in my heart forever.

Mexico is immensely powerful. The energy feels open and luminous, yet grounded and assertive — deeply healing but gentle, fierce yet nurturing. Ancient, alive, and undeniably magical.

Our days and nights were filled with ceremony and elemental work: the Temazcal sweat lodge, diving into sacred cenotes, altar building, and deep connection with the land. In Tulum, I took part in Tonancing, the annual ceremonial tradition honouring Lady Guadalupe (Mary Magdalene) 🌹 — a profound and humbling experience. There was knowledge transfer on many levels, and an all-night pe**te ceremony 🌵 held deep within the jungle.

It was no surprise the universe placed me here at this exact moment. 12th December for Tonancing and the Day of Lady Guadalupe, followed by the Goddess day on the 13th under the full moon, when I sat with Pe**te in the jungle. Divine timing in its purest form.

Alignment at its finest. Thank you, Universe ✨

This Mexican experience didn’t just heal me personally — the medicine, wisdom, and integration ripple into my home life, my work, and the collective energy.

The last Iboga ceremony I was part of I received a message and vision...
"Zoom out to see the wider lens" then out of nowhere, I was looking through a camera lens, then it zoomed out fast. Like, really fast.
I was pulled backwards until I was in space, looking down at the Earth.

I don’t know much about photography, but that image has really stayed with me.
It wasn’t just a trip. It was a message:
Zoom out.
Step away from the noise, unnecessary things, the mental clutter, you can get lost in the intricacies, bogged down in detail making things complicated when they dont need to be.
Look at your life through a wider lens.

That shift in perspective? It changes everything.
Things that felt overwhelming became manageable.
What seemed so important might not be.
From above, it all looks clearer. Lighter. More connected.

Sometimes, clarity doesn’t come from digging deeper....
It comes from seeing the bigger picture.
