The last Iboga ceremony I was part of I received a message and vision...
"Zoom out to see the wider lens" then out of nowhere, I was looking through a camera lens, then it zoomed out fast. Like, really fast.
I was pulled backwards until I was in space, looking down at the Earth.

I don’t know much about photography, but that image has really stayed with me.
It wasn’t just a trip. It was a message:
Zoom out.
Step away from the noise, unnecessary things, the mental clutter, you can get lost in the intricacies, bogged down in detail making things complicated when they dont need to be.
Look at your life through a wider lens.

That shift in perspective? It changes everything.
Things that felt overwhelming became manageable.
What seemed so important might not be.
From above, it all looks clearer. Lighter. More connected.

Sometimes, clarity doesn’t come from digging deeper....
It comes from seeing the bigger picture.

Last weekend, I had the honour of holding space for wonderful souls in a private cacao and movement ceremony in a lovely woman's own home, her sacred space she shared with us all.
The theme was Reconnecting to the Divine Feminine essence and truly honouring and accepting our physical selves. ✨️💗

We drank the rich ceremonial cacao and dropped into our hearts, entering a space of softness, stillness, and deep remembrance.
Through guided meditations, we experienced feelings, visions, and motions come to the surface to be seen.
Together, we breathed, shared, moved gently, and allowed ourselves to be seen... not for who we think we should be, but for who we already are. Tapping into the core of our being, our divine feminine essence.

We spoke words of self-love. We embraced the beauty of our bodies. We let go of shame, comparison, and self-judgment... and instead, welcomed compassion, grace, and presence.

It was powerful. It was tender. It was medicine.

To witness each woman returning to herself, to her intuition, her body, her truth, was magical. These are the moments that remind me why I do this work.✨

This weekend is Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, and a powerful turning point. As the sun reaches its peak in the sky, we’re also standing at the midpoint of the year, a natural pause in the rhythm of time.
Half the hemisphere is in winter, half in summer. Earth's beautiful polarity.
Either way, it means that....

Half the year is behind us.
Half still to come.

This is your invitation to slow down and reflect.....

☀️What dreams have quietly faded… and which ones are whispering to be reborn?

The solstice energy invites illumination and clarity. It's a potent time to ask yourself....

✨ What do I truly desire?
✨ What am I ready to shift, release, or invite in?
✨ How can I realign with what lights me up?

You don’t need to have all the answers, but you can begin by simply listening inward 🫶🏻

Use a moment to check in, recalibrate your path, and set intentions that feel true to who you are now.... not who you were in January.

Life changes, but we are flexible and resilient beings able to change path whenever we choose. ✌🏻😘

The light is abundant. Let it reveal what matters. Let it absorb into your cells and give you source energy. 🔋

Yesterdays medicine was a sweat lodge in the sun! 🌞
Beautiful field, great weather, top vibes and a traditional sweat lodge, the heat, the prayers, the release... it was powerful!

Afterwards, we dipped into a cold natural stream, and it was pure bliss. 🌀❄️
The cold water hits differently after the deep sweat, rebirth, refreshed, reenergised!

We shared food as a group, laughed, rested, and just soaked in the beauty around us.

Laying in the sun, surrounded by nature and good souls — it doesn’t get much better. 🌿🌞🌊🥰
Grateful for these moments, this land, and the deep reset it offers.

Thank you to Claire for inviting me to share this sacred space yesterday. It was an honour to guide such a powerful group of women on a journey back home to themselves. 💕

We moved. We breathed. We loved. We released.
Through sacred embodiment practices, trauma release bodywork, breathwork, and spiritual connection, we came face to face with the parts of ourselves we’d forgotten or suppressed and welcomed them back with love.

Old stories dissolved, subconscious patterns unravelled, layers of conditioning, shame, and self-doubt were shed.
And in their place… deep, soul-anchored remembrance.

We are the love we’ve been searching for. 💗

It lives within our breath, our bodies, our sacred feminine essence. We called our power back in!! 💪🏻 🌸

To witness these women rise, soften, open, and reclaim their truth was pure magic.
Deep, energetic shifts happened, making space for the divine to move through us.
And in that space, we found ourselves whole, radiant, and free. 🌹✨

Yesterday’s kambo ceremony was nothing short of sacred 🐸✨💚

We began with deep intention setting, anchoring into the body with presence and purpose, allowing the soul to speak before the medicine did its work. Intimate Sananga and grounding Hapè guided us inward, softening the edges and preparing each sister for her unique journey with Kambo 🐸💚

Witnessing and holding space with Keith from Kambo Green Room for four courageous women, each showing up with openness and trust, was a true honour. The medicine moved with precision and power—cleansing, recalibrating, and releasing.

We closed with a nourishing sound bath, letting the vibrations settle and restore, recalibrating energies.

Then came juicy fruits, smoothies, laughter, stillness… a full circle moment of integration.

So grateful to serve in this way. Thank you, sisters, for your trust, vulnerability and strength. Thank you, Keith and Muchas Gracias Kambo, so grateful for your wise and strong medicine 🐸🌿💫
