Huge Congratulations to Jake! 🥂

After years of hard work and dedication, Jake has officially graduated and is now a fully qualified Sports Therapist! 👨‍🎓

Many of you will already know Jake from his time in the clinic, where he completed countless hours of hands-on training as part of his qualification.

It was a privilege to have him working alongside me - always a good listener, well-mannered, focused and determined.
He brought a calm and professional energy to the clinic, and I have no doubt he’ll go far in this field.

The hard work has paid off - and now, let’s see what the future holds!

This is How Myofascial Restriction Destroys Full - Body Mobility

Fascia: The Hidden Force Behind How You Move and Feel

Think of fascia like a tablecloth under your dinnerware—shift the cloth, and everything on top moves too. That’s how powerful fascia is.

🧠 It wraps every part of your body—muscles, bones, nerves, organs—holding it all together.
💢 When fascia gets restricted (aka a “knot” or trigger point), it pulls everything out of alignment. Movement suffers. So does function.
😮 And here’s the twist: most restrictions are simply dehydrated fascia.

What causes it?
• Prolonged sitting
• Overtraining
• Stress & trauma
• Disconnection from nature

When fascia tightens, your body compensates. Compensation leads to overstimulation → inflammation → pain → injury.

Your fascia is your body’s “suit.” If it’s too tight, you can’t move right.
And if you can’t move right, everything else starts to break down.
