You're on your 8th scroll of the day, no reason and nothing to show for it, but your brain cant brain anymore. Concentrating= hard, Decisions= hard so you're procrastinating again with nothing to show for it, you know its not helpful but you can't move on.

You need a break, to rest, but rest is hard; you must constantly be doing and this is also hard. Rest feels hard, alien, unsafe, you know you need to do it to preserve what's left of your sanity- yet you don't allow yourself to do it!

Sound familiar?

Join the wonderful and I as we deep dive into why rest is hard and show you practical safe ways to start building in rest!

When: 12th Nov @ 12noon

Where: online via zoom - Replay available

Cost: £20

Remember: Creativity flows best from a full heart, not a tired one.
You don’t have to earn rest — you’re allowed to take it.

I have had the best week this week, being able to work outdoors everyday, bringing people to nature to support their health and wellbeing; here's a few highlights!

In order to keep providing high quality services, i am asking for your help!

You may already know that I’ve recently got a new therapy space (log cabin if you've been following me on socials); I am developing my offers for next year and am using these conversations as an opportunity to do research to find out more about what people need and want to support them to have more control of their mental health/wellbeing

I'd be really grateful if you could help me out by completing this short questionnaire (5-10mins); As a thank you for your time, you will receive my Mini toolkit for mental clarity and access to the recording of my Unplugged masterclass for using nature to find relief from anxiety!

please feel free to share this with anyone you think might be interested also!

Thank you! 🙂🌳

As the wheel of the ear turns towards Samhain, seasonal energy shifts and we are reminded of our interconnectedness with ourselves, the world and those who came befroe us.
Our intuition wakes and it is time to reflect on both our knowledge in this life, but also that gifted to us by our ancestors before us.

The dark side of the wheel reminds us not to fear the darkness, instead to embrace it as magic is born from darkness!

Need support mapping your energy, understanding your roots and letting go of what does not serve? Then join me and Inside Nature Wellbeing for Whispers of teh WILD on 28th Oct 6.30-830pm🙂🌳

Send help!

I just got a knife and fork out to eat my Weetabix?!

According to Google it's because "certain utensils are easier to eat with".....

Maybe, we are creatures of habit and I definitely eat with knives and forks more..... Glad chopsticks weren't the utensil of choice..... I have now rectified my selection and got a spoon, normal breakfasting will be resumed!

What's the weirdest thing you've got out for no reason, or put in it's non-usual place (cups in the fridge anyone?- just me 😬) ? 🙂🌳

It's been a fabulous week of making fires & cooking sausages whilst experimenting with charcoal, planting around ponds & finding pond critters and finishing with exploring the Foss fairy trail, complete with a fairy bar & fabulous orange peel fungus! 🙂🌳

I hear ya!

With everything being so on-demand its hard to know what to do when the noise stops for a second; it can feel squirmy, unsafe and anxiety-provoking!

So we made rest snack-sized instead! 🍫 (coz 2-5mins is much more doable, right?!)

The fab have created REST PLAY CONNECT:

Comment SNACK and I'll pop it over! 🙂🌳
