Entered Friday at 6pm as a practice to see where my fitness was.
It was a good day! 1st and a 1 second PB. I want the sub 14min!!
New HR max of 194bpm. (Probably a faulty reading though!!)

Competition day for myself and ,. Venue was . Great place and thank you to Mark (owner of MT3) for convincing Louise to do her first event!!
First overall win for me🥇and Louise came 3rd female in her first event 🥉. I dedicated this win to after losing his life descending Everest after reaching the top❤️

World rankings for 2024. Very early days for the age group in Deka fit.
I have 3 races in Deka- strong/mile and fit before the end of February. Hopefully get some competitive times in and see how the year pans out for the world championships. Had a good conversation with my coach about plans/goals and strategies. Fingers crossed for a good year😁🏋🏼‍♂️
