Many of us prioritise responsibilities, deadlines and other people’s needs, while pushing rest to the side.
But without rest, the nervous system becomes overwhelmed, energy drops and even simple tasks feel heavier.

True balance comes when we treat rest as essential, not optional.
This week is about making space for both doing and being.

A gentle note about CANCELLATIONS for all my fabulous clients 🥰

When you book a session with me, that time is held especially for you. I plan my time around each appointment so I can be fully present and create a calm, supportive, healing space just for you.

I send reminders the day before because you all are waiting so long for your slots. If you're like me, a reminder goes a long way 😉😁

Even with a waiting list, it’s very difficult to fill appointments at short notice, especially within 5 hours, so that time is often simply lost.

I completely understand that life happens and things can change unexpectedly, and I will always approach that with compassion. However, as a small business, I do charge the full amount for same-day or last-minute cancellations for whatever reason, unless I can fill the slot.

Thank you so much for understanding and for respecting and loving the time and energy that goes into each session ✨👣✨
