Emotions are not problems to fix, they are messages to be listened to.
When feelings are ignored, suppressed or judged, they don’t disappear… they store in the body and surface later as tension, fatigue or overwhelm.
This week is about allowing emotions to move through you, rather than fighting or fearing them.
Balance doesn’t come from control.
It comes from acceptance.

You don’t need to justify how you feel, you just need to acknowledge it.

✨Crystal of the Week: Moonstone
Moonstone is deeply connected to emotional balance and intuition.
It gently supports:

How to use it:

Tonight’s Snow Full Moon brings a deeply cleansing and recharging energy. It’s a powerful time to release what’s no longer serving you, restore balance, and gently reset both your energy and your crystals ✨

✨ Cleansing & recharging your crystals ✨

✨Water cleansing (water-safe crystals only)
Rinse briefly under running water and visualise old and negative energy being washed away.

Avoid water for soft crystals like selenite and hematite, well any name with and ite at the end.

🙏 Please note:
Just like deep tissue massage, my reflexology is deep, effective work. It can feel a little ouchy during the treatment and sometimes tender afterwards as the body begins to heal and rebalance. During your session it’s normal to feel tender spots linked to areas of the body that need balancing and TLC. As the healing process starts, this usually dissipates.
Please do tell me if you’d like the pressure softened to suit your pain threshold, don’t keep it to yourself. I’m here to help you heal, not put you off 🙏✨

In a world that constantly pushes productivity, rest can feel like something we have to earn.

But rest is not a reward, it is a biological and emotional necessity.
When the nervous system is overstimulated, the body stays in survival mode.
True healing, clarity and emotional balance only happen when we allow ourselves to slow down. This week is an invitation to rest without guilt.

Calm • Restoration • Safety
Rest is where the body repairs and the mind resets.

✨Crystal of the Week: Amethyst

Amethyst is deeply soothing and is often used to:
Calm the nervous system and racing thoughts.
Support deeper, more restful sleep.
Ease anxiety and emotional tension.

How to use it:
Place Amethyst by your bed, under your pillow, or hold it during a quiet evening moment to signal to your body that it’s safe to unwind.
