🌙 We're Hiring: Female Support Worker (Waking Nights) – Batley 🌙

Are you a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference?

We’re currently recruiting for a Female Support Worker to provide 1:1 overnight support for a service user in Batley.

🕒 Shifts:

• 2 x Waking Night Shifts per week
• 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• 20+ hours per week

💷 Competitive hourly rate | Ongoing support | Meaningful work

Your role will include:

✅ Providing emotional reassurance and practical support throughout the night
✅ Ensuring safety and well-being at all times
✅ Promoting a calm, supportive environment
✅ Working as part of a wider care team

Requirements:

🔸 Female (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010)
🔸 Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
🔸 Kind, patient, compassionate, bubbly, and person-centred
🔸 Reliable and professional
🔸 Be able to have availability to cover for annual leave and sickness
