Great atmosphere which makes training a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Fully accessible to wheelchair clients along with specialist equipment that can be used by all. Neuro-Rehabilitation is our speciality and we also do muscular/skeletal physio along with sports massage, acupuncture along with other holistic therapies. We run specialist classes such as Pilates, AeroTone, Zumba & Boot Camp.
