Our Wellbeing Massage is designed to nurture both body and mind, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised. Combining either deep tissue or relaxation massage with the powerful properties of hand-selected aromatherapy essential oils, each session is crafted to support your unique wellness journey.

Start with a back massage then onto neck and shoulders
(Either deep tissue or relaxation techniques, depending on needs)
Then I bring oxygenation and muscle release to your facial muscles with drainage techniques to relieve inflammation.
I then move on to a relaxing scalp massage to alleviate tension and stress.
Leave you feeling revived and refreshed
1 hour long massage

Hot stones can be used in with this massage for an add on of £8
