Hello there, I am studying as a Professional Coach and as a requirement of the course, I am excited to be offering free coaching sessions. Face to face or virtual appointments available.
How will coaching help me…Coaching can help you to improve aspects of your personal and work life by empowering you to explore and uncover your own solutions. I am offering these free coaching sessions for anyone who is looking to find ways to improve well-being, develop aspects of mindfulness, improve focus, reduce stress, manage life transitions. Achieve work life balance, cope with change, build confidence, personal and professional development.
This requires your commitment to action; coaching can assist you to explore and formulate goals that will help you put solutions into action and achieve your outcomes.
I value difference; a non-judgmental, compassionate approach is central to my coaching practice. Ensuring a confidential, safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings and achieve your potential.
I have a passion for personal and professional development in many aspects of holistic well-being. I have practiced mindfulness and meditation for several years. I am a Reiki Practitioner (master/teacher level) and practice Crystal, and Colour therapy. I am fully insured and hold the relevant qualifications.
