✨ 6 Powerful Benefits of Lymphatic Massage

If you’ve been feeling sluggish, swollen, or just not quite yourself, a lymphatic massage might be exactly what your body needs. Here’s why people love it:
1️⃣ Reduces Swelling & Water Retention
Helps your body move excess fluid, leaving you feeling lighter and less puffy.
2️⃣ Boosts Immune Function
Supports the lymphatic system in removing toxins and improving your body’s natural defences.
3️⃣ Enhances Detoxification
Encourages the flow of lymph, helping to eliminate waste and promote overall wellness.
4️⃣ Improves Circulation
Stimulates blood flow, bringing more oxygen and nutrients to your tissues.
5️⃣ Promotes Relaxation & Stress Relief
Gentle, rhythmic movements calm the nervous system and melt away tension.
6️⃣ Supports Skin Health
Reduces inflammation, clears congestion, and leaves the skin looking brighter and more sculpted.
💧 Your lymphatic system works hard for you every day—give it the love it deserves!

Running the 10 k after injury 💚

"When you are injured and a runner you can feel like you are never going to run again.
Don’t loose hope .. after a year of not running 10 k I am up to 8k and I’m ready to take on the Wakefield hospice challenge . See you there."

These sunny days inspire you to run .. don’t be tempted to over do it in the weeks leading up to the race . The worse scenario is injuring yourself .. keep to your training program .. don’t start adding hills or trying to run faster . None of that matters now .. you want to get round , enjoy the race and think about the great thing you did “ running for Wakefield hospice “
We are so proud of our Physio Linda who on March 22nd will be running the Wakefield Hospice 10k and she has already raised over £400!!!!

If you would like to support her you can donate on her Just Giving page Link 👇

or if you are in clinic for an appointment we have a sponsor sheet on Reception.
