🍂✨ Hello Autumn! ✨🍂 Today is the official start of Autumn. So the leaves begin to turn and the air gets a little crisper, we’re welcoming the beauty of autumn here at Back in Action.

A few fun autumn facts to get us in the seasonal spirit:
🍁 Autumn leaves get their stunning red, orange, and yellow colours as trees prepare for winter.
🌰 Conkers (horse chestnuts) were once a classic playground game!
🦔 Hedgehogs begin preparing for hibernation at this time of year.

Autumn is the perfect reminder to slow down, look after ourselves, and make wellbeing a priority as the darker nights draw in. 💙

🐾✨ Happy International Dog Day 2025! ✨🐾

Here at Back in Action, our team isn’t just made up of brilliant physios and clinic staff… we’ve also got some four-legged friends who bring us endless joy, waggy tails, and muddy pawprints! 🐶💛

So today, we thought we’d say hello to the Back in Action dogs 🐾 – the ones who keep our spirits high and remind us to always take time for play, rest, and the occasional walk in the fresh air.
