Time: 9.30am - 3.30pm

We invite you to our taster day with 3 therapists hosting 30 minute sessions throughout the day.

It’s on a Pay As You Feel basis but we do recommend a minimum payment of £5

The Itinery for the day is as follows.

⭐️ 9.30am - Laughter Yoga with Lotus Dragonfly

⭐️ 10.30am - Chakra meditation with Ahimsa Therapies

⭐️ 11.30am - Sound bath healing with Julian

⭐️ 12.30pm - Mindfulness meditation with Lotus Dragonfly

⭐️ 1.30pm - Self acceptance meditation with Ahimsa Therapies

⭐️ 2.30pm - Sound bath healing with Julian

Patch tests and Covid boosters.

It’s the time of year again when some of you may go for Covid boosters.

Please don’t forget we can’t treat for two weeks post a Covid vaccine plus any tinting treatments will need to be re - patch tested.

Im following guidelines from our insurance company and industry regulations. It’s for your safety and wellbeing. 🌸

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

It’s an acoustic sound healing journey using various instruments including sound bowls that allows the listener to enter a meditative state and to feel calm, relaxed, grounded, and focused. You might feel different mental, emotional, and physical sensations throughout the session. It could be like floating on a cloud, feeling peaceful, happy, energized, or relaxed.

Sound healing traces its roots back to ancient civilizations such as Greece, Egypt, and India. These societies believed in the transformative healing power of sound and used methods such as singing bowls, chanting, and tuning forks to promote a harmonious environment for the body to heal itself.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING 💫

Bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes. The goal here is to relax. We have pillows and blankets for use, but if you prefer to feel bring your own or anything you need to help you relax that’s absolutely fine.

It’s been a very short week which is what I love to come back to work on. I just wanted to thank those of you who sent me cards and presents last week. You are all so very kind and thoughtful. I am truly blessed. 💜

I had a lovely time off walking in nature, seeing friends and family and a relaxing massage are some of the things I enjoyed. It was nice to rest and relax away from work. I was very much ready for it.

We can be contacted constantly via social media and our phones so I really tried to be as strict as possible otherwise you just don’t get your time off do you. Boundaries are very important……….I did try. ☺️

We will be open again next Tuesday. I look forward to seeing you all then and pampering you.

Im now officially on annual leave until
Friday the 24th of April and Im very much ready for it. 😴💤

Im only in salon two days next week before taking some annual leave so if you do require any products, to book treatments or classes please get in touch before I finish on Wednesday the 15th evening. There will be 3 therapists working whilst I’m off work but will leave details next week.
