John sadly passed away on Friday 5th September 2025 at home in Ryhill, aged 80 years. He was surrounded by all his family.

John was a devoted husband to Jackie, a loving dad to sons Richard and Simon and father-in-law to Steph and Clare and a devoted and loved grandad to Charlie, Archie, Ned and Jack.
He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.

Colin sadly passed away on Wednesday 20th August 2025, aged 76 years at his home address in Hemsworth, Pontefract. Colin was a devoted husband to Margaret, a loving dad to Graeme and Lynsey and a loving grandad to Lola and Lyla.
He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.

Alan sadly passed away on Saturday 9th August 2025, aged 60 years at his home address in Kinsley, Pontefract. Alan was a devoted partner to Karen, a loving dad to Sarah, Tony, Rebecca, John and Alfie, a loving brother and uncle and fantastic grandad to Libby, William, Antony, Maddie, Skylar, Freyja, Cece, Leah, Skylar Rose and Lenny. He was a father-in-law to Jamie, Kirsty, Ky and Shannon. He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.

Announcement – Derek Evans RIP.

Derek’s family would like to personally thank everyone for attending his funeral service and for helping to give Derek the send-off he deserved. Derek was a huge family man and was loved by many and he will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.

The family have tallied all the donations that were made by the people in attendance of his funeral service and a total of £600.00 has been raised for The Prince of Wales Hospice in Pontefract which will go towards helping to nurse and comfort those with a terminal diagnosis. What an amazing effort and a fantastic cause! Thank you to everyone who donated.

Jayne would like to personally thank everyone for attending the funeral service and for helping to give Geoff the send-off he deserved. I know he was loved by many and he will be truly missed by all. The family would like to personally thank everyone for attending the funeral service and for helping to give Mary the send-off she deserved. She was an amazing person, and she will be dearly missed. The family have tallied all the donations that were made by the people in attendance of the funeral service and a total of £342.80 has been raised and donated towards Cancer Research UK.

Mary sadly passed away on Monday 21st July 2025, aged 74 years at The Royal Hallamshire Hospital in Sheffield. Mary was a devoted mother to Scott and Lindsay, the best and most loving and funny nana to Ebony and Tegan and she was a loving sister to Derik and Eric.
Mary was a great friend to many and will be dearly missed by all.

Derek was a fantastic Grandfather to Gary, Katy, Kerry, Jason, James and Joseph and great grandfather to Isabelle, William, Aleana, Allister and Oliver.
