Low GI diet all round, small amount of moderate-high GI food after a workout
Lots of anaerobic HIIT exercises outside of strength training, aerobic on strength days.
Intermittent fasting, high EFA fat, moderate protein, low-moderate carbs.
Optimise hormone production
Optimise electrolyte levels to curb sugar cravings and increase metabolism
Workout style: upper/lower moderate-high rep training for first 4 weeks, 2 weeks moderate rep moderate-high weight, 2 weeks high reps low weight. Predominantly compound lifts with isolation exercises for target areas

3 week accumulation phase starts today. Antagonistic muscle group pairings to increase the recruitment of motor cells. High reps, low weight, high time under tension. 2 isolation movements to warm the chest and back, followed by heavier compound lifts for high reps finishing with isolation movements to fully exhaust the muscle fibres and maximise hypertrophy (this is not the intensification (strength) building phase this is purely for hypertrophy)

8 week goal: To lose 3kg (5kg including water loss) and slightly gain muscle
Training style: Blended Gym/Home workouts to suit this clients lifestyle. HIIT workouts with steady state aerobic cardio and compound lifts to create a framework that this client can expand on if she wishes to gain more muscle. Will also allow for this client to be less restrictive with calories as more muscle = more metabolism.
Diet style: intermittent fasting with a 1600kcal (adjusted throughout the course) high fat high protein, moderate-low carb diet (carb sources will be simple fructose and glucose carbs around training times and definitely not in the morning, minimal starches if any).

These profiles will be updated in a week or two when I do the health and nutrition questionnaires with my clients to see if we can target any energy or nutrient deficiencies to help optimise the body and subsequently their lives.

We have had 1 client drop out due to being unable to commit to the schedule because of personal reasons - I hope this client returns in the future when they are in a better position so we can optimise their body and diet!!

The other 4 profiles will be uploaded within the week and regimes will roll out within 2 weeks. There is a lot of prep work because I want these regimes to suit the body type, metabolic type, lifestyle and dietary habits of our clients to yield the best results on both a physical but also bio-chemical level.

Doctors don’t know jack about nutrition. Theres a reason doctors don’t delve into nutrition. They want to sell you prescriptions. Doctors work by the book, the book that was funded by the biggest donors in the petroleum based medicine industry, and the book says if you have X condition you require Y prescription. This is so untrue. Most autoimmune diseases are a result of poor nutrition, diet and lifestyle choices. You don’t need a pill to mask the symptoms of a deficiency or poor diet, you need REAL food. Food that grew in the ground or walked this earth as an organic being. The majority of medications mimic the effect of natural remedies. Lemsip? The same as warm honey, lemon and ginger. Ibuprofen? The same mechanism as the anthocyanins and ellagic acid found in the skins of most fruits. Paracetamol? You can get the same benefits from rosemary essential oil. The list goes on and on. Doctors aren’t allowed to give you real diet advice, thats why they have a separate specialist called nutritionists or dieticians and even they only tell you what the book tells them. Wake up and stop relying on the ones in control to ‘feel’ healthy. Eat real food, be nutrient conscious and stay active.

8 week goal: gain 4kg mostly lean mass with slight fat mass increase to support optimal body function and muscle building
Training style: Cyclical training schedule using calisthenics as primary workout type - minimal cardio for first 8 weeks

By the end of the 8 week programme I expect to see a minimum 50% increase in strength and a 4kg increase in mass with slight fat gain to prime this candidate for a body recomposition after the 8 week muscle priming regime.

These packages will go live at the end of the 8 week trial phase so you guys can see the results of my regimes before you decide to join me on this journey.

Basic saver package:
Online PT + nutrition focused around your goals comes with a 1 hour meeting online weekly
(+ £10 per week or £50 on upfront cost for 1 hour a week theory tutoring so you can continue feeling like a superhero without me after our course has ended)

**£20 a week for 12 weeks or £200 upfront payment (save £40)**
**£30 a week for 12 weeks or £250 upfront**
(For basic + theory, save £110)

Fight of the night package:
Perfect for upcoming fighters!!
Specialised online PT, nutrition, body optimisation, biohacking + strength and conditioning focused around your fight style and goals. Comes with a 1 hour meeting and a 30 minute meeting each week.

£30 per week for 12 weeks (or duration of the camp) or £300 upfront (save £60)

The superhero package:
Specialised PT, super high micronutrient diet, optimised body function and energy, biohacking, basic natural remedies, strength and conditioning, dynamic stretch plan, micro-habit formulation and targeted nutrition to any deficiencies. This comes with 2 hour long meetings. 1 to discuss progress and general theory, 1 to give 1-1 tutoring and materials on how to build your own nutritious diet and optimised training routine. I will teach you how to create your own PT plan so you don’t finish the course and slip back into old habits!!

£35 per week for 12 weeks or £350 upfront (save £70)

Hi guys, been getting all my materials together for the start of the 6 clients transformations.

Got a logo in the works and I am currently navigating content creation on tiktok and subsequently the facebook and instagram page.

After the trial phase when I have a fair few client’s I’ll be making a couple E-books for purchase and a website.

I am pleased to announce taking on a 7th client, one of my good friends, who is preparing for hirst first MMA fight in April (message me for tickets, proceeds go to charity). I will be forming a diet and training plan suited to the goals of kicking some ass.

Just gathering the rest of the initial data for the other 6 clients to give them their first week of nutrition and training as well as break down some of the theory behind the plan so that when the 8 week course is finished you can create your own training and diet plans if you don’t wish to continue paying for my provisions.

Got a very diverse portfolio, some endomorphs, some ectomorphs and hybrid-body types. Got one really fussy eater. All their regimes will be enjoyable, least restrictive and most nutritious possible.

My own journey is a testament to the principles of my regimes. I went from 150lb to 200lb in a year. My own mental health has never been better since learning to eat right and optimise my body functions. I have more energy than ever before even though im in a calorie deficit and my mental clarity is unmatched
