I will be presenting some exciting Reiki research at the Integrative Medicine and Health Symposium next weekend. This is a remote Reiki program from Reiki Medic-Care for NHS medical professionals in the UK who have been negatively impacted by the covid pandemic.
We measured stress, anxiety, pain, sleep, and wellbeing after receiving 4 sessions of distance Reiki.
I can't wait to share the results with you!
