😇😇😇So this was my view Sunday evening !!!

Some of you know I’ve worked for for the last year, I’m usually in the pool though helping people on & off the floats !

But Sunday , well, Sunday I was behind my singing bowls & hosting the sound bath for Emma & Calum !!!

When they asked me to do this I cried ! It’s such an honour to do this & be asked to be the host !! Thank you Emma & Cal for trusting me & giving me the opportunity to be on the the other side of the floats 😂I loved it 😇💕

have been running their amazing floating soundbaths for two years now in the UK . These are the most relaxing experience ,helping you float away to a calm , peaceful place. 😇😇😇I hope you all enjoyed them as much as I did !!

🛌🛌🛌Look how cosy everyone is !! Everyone was surprised how easy it was to get in & out !!

“HOW DO WE GET IN THE HAMMOCK ?” Is the question asked by some of you lovely people !!

💕So here we have 2 ways of getting in , demonstrated by my beautiful Millie 😁😊thank you dolly😘😘😘

💕I am also there to help you in & out if you still feel you need some ,so please don’t worry ,it’s not a problem 😁😊

💕It really is easy , we are the most clumsiest family & everyone who comes round I have tested the hammock sound bath on!!! This is all ages , all shapes & sizes ,all genders etc!!! So if the guinea pigs of my soundbaths can get in easy , well then you guys defo can 😂😂


“WHAT WEIGHT DO THEY TAKE ?” Is another question I keep getting asked !

🌟They take 130KG in weight

🌟And 6ft comfortably

🥳🥳🥳I am sooooooo excited for Sunday & cannot wait to meet you guys for my FIRST EVER HAMMOCK SOUND BATH !!!

💝💝💝I just love doing what I do !!! I started this journey in training in things that helped me , so that I ,in turn could help other people . Whether it’s at the start of their healing journey ,along the way or when healed !!! There’s a place for sound healing in everyone’s journey 😊

🌟🌟🌟If you haven’t been before to a sound bath , we understand you may feel a bit nervous . We aim to make you feel comfortable & relaxed the second you walk through the door.

💖💖💖We do a little explanation once you are all cosy & then we start a beautifully relaxing mediation this eases you into a breathing pattern to help you fully relax ,absorb the energy & vibrations & release tensions .
