💚 Time to Talk Day 💚
Today is a reminder that talking about mental health can make a real difference. A simple conversation, checking in with a friend, colleague or family member, can help someone feel less alone.
You don’t need to have all the answers. Listening, being patient and showing you care is often enough ❤️

🎗️ World Cancer Day 🎗️
Today we come together to raise awareness, show support and stand with everyone affected by cancer, whether you’re living with cancer, supporting someone you love, or remembering someone special.
World Cancer Day is also a reminder of the importance of early diagnosis, prevention and access to the right care and support.
💛 No one should face cancer alone.

2nd – 8th February 2026
💜 Sexual Abuse & Sexual Violence Awareness Week 💜
This week is about raising awareness, challenging stigma, and showing support for anyone affected by sexual abuse or sexual violence.
Sexual abuse and sexual violence can affect people of any age, gender or background, and it is never the survivor’s fault. Talking about it, listening without judgement and knowing where help is available can make a real difference.
Support is available, and you don’t have to cope alone.

1st – 28th February 2026
This February, let’s show our hearts some love ❤️
Heart disease affects millions of people, but small changes can make a big difference. Eating well, moving more, stopping smoking and checking your blood pressure can all help keep your heart healthy.
💡 Did you know? Checking your blood pressure regularly is one of the simplest ways to look after your heart.
Let’s use National Heart Month to take a moment for our health – and encourage those around us to do the same.
