Our mission is simple, to create spaces to empower women to relax and take time for themselves!
So here is a little bit about us;
Lorna is an Empowerment & Mindset Coach, host of the Evolve & Expand Podcast, who loves the gym, being outdoors & just anything wholesome really.
Charlotte, is the founder of .co, a former teacher and a mum of 3!
We both have a passion for helping and empowering women to come together, and take time for themselves!
We both love to chat, and enjoy coffee and cake, and creating new exciting things for Elev8 You!
Our mission is simple, to empower women to take time and space for themselves!
