For a mother who…

had a traumatic birth 🤍

Babies may not remember the words,
but their bodies remember how it felt.

The separation.
The medical intervention.
The overstimulation.
The stress.

Birth is biology- and when it’s overwhelming, that experience can be held in the nervous system long after the moment has passed.

The beautiful truth?
A baby’s body is always listening for safety.

Through nurturing touch.
Through soft, loving communication.
Through presence, patience, and co-regulation.

Every cuddle, every gentle stroke, every whispered reassurance tells your baby:

You are safe now. You are held. You are loved.

Healing doesn’t require remembering or seeking the “how to” - it happens through feeling, that intuition that calls to you🤍

The first signs of something to come 🌱
A tiny seedling pushing through the winter floor, through the leaves that once clung to the trees,
now fallen, surrendered, and fulfilling their next purpose.

Those autumn leaves didn’t disappear.
They softened.
They broke down.
They nourished the soil below, making the ground fertile enough for this small green miracle to rise.

This is what has been happening beneath the surface.
What’s been quietly germinating.
What’s been growing unseen while rest was honoured and nothing looked like it was happening at all.

A snowdrop in the making.
The first beauty of late winter 🤍 reminding us to keep resting just a little while longer.
To trust that every seed we’ve planted, every effort made in the dark, will soon show itself in form.

Spring is coming 🌱
And so is everything you’ve been growing.

______________

This is how I see babies, parents & the work I do.

Nothing rushed.
Nothing forced.
So much happening beneath the surface long before it can be seen.

In the baby world, the real work happens quietly… in attunement, in holding, in safety, in slowing right down. Old narratives fall away so something more rooted can grow.

Babies don’t need pushing.
Parents don’t need fixing.
They need time, trust, and a fertile ground to soften into who they already are 🫶

This little sprout feels like a reminder of the way I choose to build my work too, slowly, relationally, season by season.
A business that grows like nature grows.

Early bloomers.
Gentle leaders.
Snowdrops in a world that’s quietly waiting for spring
🤍🌱

For the mother who… is learning her baby’s signals 🤍

Postpartum can leave our nervous systems incredibly sensitive
- and that makes complete sense after everything our bodies and hearts have moved through.

When we’re tired, overstimulated or running on empty, it’s easy for our system to slip into survival mode.
Tight.
Alert.
Defensive.

Your baby isn’t giving you a hard time.
… They aren’t capable of manipulation.

They’re communicating, in the only way they can, that their nervous system needs comfort, containment and safety.

And sometimes… that’s exactly what your nervous system needs too.

Take a breath.
You don’t have to do this alone.

Reaching out for support- even if it’s someone simply sitting beside you, is not a “failure” or inability to “cope”. It’s regulation. It’s surrounding ourselves in a supportive network. It’s asking for love, connection and kindness. You & your baby deserve that.

You are learning together.
And your best is always “good” enough.

I’m not raising a mini me.
I’m breaking cycles so my daughter can be free.

Free to feel.
Free to rest.
Free to listen to her body.
Free to move through the world in her own rhythm.

This is the heart of baby wellness for me.
It’s not about doing more —
it’s about slowing down, tuning in, and honouring our babies as whole beings from the very beginning.

When we support the nervous system early,
when we meet our babies with presence, touch, and safety,
we don’t just nurture them — we change generations.

This work is sacred.
And it starts here 🤍

For the parent who’s struggling right now…

If your baby is unsettled, uncomfortable, wriggling, crying…
and trapped wind feels like it’s taking over your days and nights…

You are not failing.

You’re responding to a tiny nervous system that needs support 🤍

An unsettled baby can be exhausting.
It can shake your confidence, impact your sleep, your emotions, and your sense of calm.

You are not alone in this- even if it feels that way at 3am.

In my 1:1 baby wellness sessions, I work closely with you and your baby to:

✨ gently soothe trapped wind
✨ support digestion and comfort
✨ teach calming massage & movement techniques
✨ help your baby feel safer in their body
✨ and support you to feel confident, reassured, and held

This is not about quick fixes.
It’s about understanding your baby and giving you tools that actually work for your family.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed and need support right now, I’m here 🌸

DM me “support” to book a one-to-one session.

You deserve help too.

Your hands. Your voice. Your presence.

That’s bonding through baby massage 🤍

Legs, feet, reflexology & nursery rhymes ✨ all supporting your baby’s body, brain & sense of safety.

🌿 The connection begins long before birth 🌿

Bonding doesn’t start when your baby is placed in your arms…
it begins in the womb.

From around 16–18 weeks, babies can hear your voice.
They learn its rhythm, tone, and comfort.
By the third trimester, your baby can recognise it and it becomes their safe place.

When you:
✨ talk to your bump
✨ sing, hum, or read aloud
✨ place your hands on your belly
✨ massage with warm, loving oil

…you are already nurturing secure attachment.

Research shows that babies experience:
🤍 emotional attunement in utero
🤍 regulation through the mother’s nervous system
🤍 familiarity and calm through repeated sound and touch

Your hormones of love and safety (like oxytocin) cross the placenta-
your baby feels your calm, your presence, your intention.

This early bonding supports:
• emotional security
• nervous system regulation
• a strong foundation for attachment after birth

As a parent & baby wellness practitioner, I gently remind mamas:

You don’t need to wait. You are already parenting.

The womb is your baby’s first home.
And love is the first language they learn 🌱

🤍 The connection starts from the very beginning
