This week, our mamas and babies explored teething pain relief techniques to soothe little gums, enjoyed tummy time and gentle back massage, and created the sweetest keepsake

“Cutest Little Pumpkin in the Patch” 🎃💛

We celebrated our beautiful 4-week block with certificates, laughter, and connection. Each week has been filled with shared stories, sacred moments, and deep bonding between parents, babies, and each other.

From reflecting under the full moon 🌕, to mixing dried flower petals and bath salts with heartfelt wishes, we’ve built a circle of love, support, and softness. 💫

Going forward, classes are open for rolling 4-week blocks, so you can join us anytime and continue your journey of nurture and connection. 🌿

Kids don’t just listen they absorb.
They take in our tone, our reactions, our energy.

If we want to raise kind, respectful, empathetic humans,
we have to show them what that looks like every single day.

It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about showing up with love, patience, and humility… even when it’s hard.

Because they will mirror what they experience.

✨ Something new is blooming… ✨

I’ve been working behind the scenes on a little rebrand and I’m so excited to finally share that change is coming 🌸

It’s been on my heart & mind for a while to bring everything I offer- baby wellness, women’s circles, holistic therapies, all of it- into one home. I’ve been juggling a few different pages and platforms, and it just makes sense to bring it all together so it flows naturally.

This rebrand will tie everything under one collective space that feels aligned, calm, and true to where I’m at right now.

I can’t wait for you to see it soon 🌿 thank you for always being here, supporting, and growing alongside me.
